Sleep! I know that's easier said than done, especially for many people who have night jobs, children, or medical conditions that make sleeping difficult. I have found two things that help me get a good night's rest. The first is to not use any technological device 1 hour before bed (iPad, phones, computers, etc.). The other tip is to write down anything on my mind (things that need to get done, things for work, appointments I need to make, etc.). Once it is down on paper, I know I will be able to look at it the next day so my mind can relax for the night.
