Welcome to the URE Symposium Guide Page, here you will find resources, tools, and tips on how to be successful during your presentation at the Symposium! 

The next URE Symposium will be held in April 17th, 2025 at the SPC Seminole Conference Center

Next Steps:

1) RSVP using the presentation link

2) Fill out the Consent and Release form

3) Select your presentation poster

4) Review the rubric

5) Submit via email to Jennifer Gregor or a member of the URE Team. gregor.jennifer@spcollege.edu

Please print and sign the consent and release form below in order to participate:

Please bring this filled out form with you the day of the event - all signatures must be in ink. 

Please only use the poster outlines on the left in order to keep the standards for the symposium in line.

The poster dimensions are 36x24. 

Please submit completed posters by April 4th, so we can print them out for the symposium. 

We have included the SPC logo in these documents, please do not edit them.
