Finding the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) and Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Codes:

NAICS: The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is the standard used by Federal statistical agencies in classifying business establishments for the purpose of collecting, analyzing, and publishing statistical data related to the U.S. business economy.

SICStandard Industrial Classification codes classify a business or facility according to its primary kind of activity, such as chemical manufacturing or electricity generation.
