Appointment System Upgrades: A Whole New Look
The Learning Resources appointment system has undergone significant visual enhancements, and the backend has also experienced improvements, creating a more cohesive and comprehensive system for our staff and students to use.
Here are a few highlights worth mentioning:
- The landing page now has six tiles, instead of four. Links to our new Knowledge Lab and our trusty Info Guides (i.e., LibGuides) are now included.
- Both the in-person and online appointment pages have a unified look when scheduling with a staff member. They both use the left-hand collapsible menu.
- In-person and online appointments are differentiated by color: a green bottom portion represents in-person; red represents online.
- Subject-area appointments are now all 20 or 50 minutes with 20 minutes as default. Knowledge Lab appointments are all 20 minutes.
- The study room reservations module now has a way for users to search by availability or number of seats needed
