About the LSC

Located in LA 100, the Learning Support Center offers skilled instructional specialists and student-peer tutors to engage SPC students in learning about concepts and problem-solving techniques in Math, Science, Technology, among other subjects -- all for free!

The facility also includes more than 50 computers with both Windows-and-Mac-based platforms; photo and document scanners; black and white and color printers; and a copy machine. Black and white printing and copying is $.10 a page, and color printing is $.50 a page.

We invite you to come with your specific questions. Just remember, a few things:

  • Staff are here to provide instruction; please be prepared to participate.

  • You should allow at least an hour of time to meet with a member of our staff.

  • You should bring your textbook and other course materials with you.

We look forward to seeing you soon.
